OLQM Parish Pastoral Plan

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish Pastoral Plan was completed November 30th and submitted to Bishop Nicholas Di Marzio and Bishop Frank Caggiano.

The plan is the product of an unprecedented collaborative effort between the laity, clergy and staff  of  the parish, and represents an extraordinary outpouring of  planning , perseverance and prayer. Clearly, the Holy Spirit was at work!  It was a remarkable and inspiring process for all of  us.  At the Parish Assembly, nearly two hundred fifty people gathered to pray, discuss and contribute their thoughtful suggestions.  As they came forward to speak from their hearts about their hopes for the future, we were reminded of the ninety years of  history that had brought us to that point.

The results speak for themselves: every one of the seven aspects of  a vibrant parish life are addressed, three goals are outlined and a dozen objectives are detailed and explained.

We would like for all our parishioners to be fully informed of all aspects of this notable plan. The Parish Pastoral Plan including three appendices may be viewed online or downloaded for viewing offline (see the links below). For additional convenience, we have placed one copy each of the full plan in the parish reception office, in the school office and in the office of Religious Education. Please feel free to come to any of these places and peruse the plan.

(Please be patient while the Parish Pastoral Plan and appendices load, because of their large file sizes)
